01What we store
When you connect Facebook or Instagram in Marketing Forge, SuperForge stores the connected Page and account IDs, names, usernames and profile picture links, and an encrypted access token used only to publish the posts you schedule. Posts you create (captions, media and schedule) are stored in your workspace.
02Delete from inside SuperForge
- Go to Marketing Forge → Social posts and click ✕ on any connected account. Its access token is deleted immediately.
- Delete individual posts from their page, or delete the whole workspace to remove everything.
03Remove SuperForge from Facebook
In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find SuperForge and click Remove. This revokes our access straight away; the next time we try to publish, we mark the account disconnected.
04Ask us to delete it
Email astra@verseatile.live with the subject “Facebook data deletion” and the Page or account name. We confirm and delete within 30 days, usually much sooner.
