01The agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and VERSEATILE, New Delhi, India (“we”, “us”), the operator of SuperForge (the “Service”). If you accept them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that organisation.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and Refund Policy explain how we handle data and form part of these Terms. You must be at least 18 to use SuperForge.
02Accounts & workspaces
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Workspace owners and admins control who can join, what roles members have, and billing.
- Tell us straight away at astra@verseatile.live if you suspect unauthorised access.
03Plans & billing
- Free is free with the limits shown on our pricing page, including a shared monthly Forge AI allowance per workspace.
- Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are charged per user, per billing period (monthly or yearly), in Indian rupees (INR), at the prices shown when you subscribe. Launch prices apply for the first 12 months of a new subscription. After that, the plan’s standard price applies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You authorise us and our payment partner, Razorpay, to charge your chosen payment method at each renewal.
- Seats are based on the members in your workspace. When you add members, your next charge can change.
- Prices exclude taxes. Applicable taxes such as GST are added where required.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it. If it still can’t be collected, we may move your workspace to the Free plan.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
04Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel at any time under Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. After that, your workspace moves to the Free plan; your data is not deleted.
All fees are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
05Forge AI
- Forge AI generates text with a third-party model (Anthropic’s Claude) from the record you select. Each plan includes a monthly number of AI credits, and each AI task uses the number of credits shown for it. Unused credits don’t roll over, and we may limit unusual usage.
- AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it before you use it, send it or rely on it.
- Don’t use Forge AI for anything prohibited in Acceptable use, or to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without human review.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or store data about people when you have no lawful basis to hold it;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or break anti-spam and telemarketing rules (including India’s TRAI regulations);
- upload malware, or try to probe, scan or breach the Service or other customers’ data;
- get around usage limits, seat counts or security controls, or overload the Service;
- resell or sublicense the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- store payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health data or other sensitive data, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
07Your data
You own the data your team puts into SuperForge (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service. We act as your data processor for Customer Data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can ask us for an export of your data at any time while your account is active, by emailing astra@verseatile.live. After an account is closed, we delete Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.
08Our property
SuperForge, its software, design and the SuperForge and VERSEATILE names and logos belong to VERSEATILE or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
09Availability & changes
We work to keep SuperForge available and secure, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and maintenance may cause short outages. We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove a major paid feature, we’ll give you reasonable notice.
10Suspension & termination
You may stop using SuperForge at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create a security or legal risk. Unless the risk is urgent, we’ll give notice first. The sections that by their nature should continue (payment, data, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue after termination.
11Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12Liability
To the extent the law allows:
- neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data;
- our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period. If you use only the Free plan, it is limited to INR 5,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
You will indemnify us against third-party claims that arise from your Customer Data or from your breach of Acceptable use.
13Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before you file a claim, please contact us and give us 30 days to resolve it informally. Subject to that, the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
14General
- We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we’ll notify you at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you keep using SuperForge after that, you accept the updated Terms.
- You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right, we haven’t waived it.
- Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
