01Write these 10 articles first

Look at your last 50 tickets. The 10 most common questions become your first 10 articles. Typical ones: getting started, pricing and billing, changing account details, the top 3 how-tos and the top 3 troubleshooting fixes.

02Structure every article the same way

  1. A title phrased as the customer's question.
  2. The answer in the first sentence.
  3. Numbered steps with screenshots.
  4. What to do if it still doesn't work.

03Measure it

  • Article views.
  • Tickets on topics that have an article (should drop).
  • Search terms with no results (write those next).

04Publish in minutes

SuperForge's Service Forge includes a public help center on every plan. Write in the editor, publish, and share the link from your website and ticket replies.
