How to connect your CRM to Claude

With MCP, Claude can read and update your CRM when you ask it to. Here's how to set it up with SuperForge in about two minutes.

01Setup

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose to add a custom connector.
  2. Enter the URL https://superforge.co/api/mcp.
  3. Sign in with your SuperForge account and approve access.
  4. Start a new chat and ask about your CRM.

The exact menu names in Claude can change; SuperForge's Settings → Connect to Claude page has the current steps.

02Things to ask

  • “Which deals haven't had any activity in 7 days?”
  • “Create a ticket for Acme Corp: their invoice PDF won't open.”
  • “Log a call with Priya Sharma: she wants a revised quote by Friday.”
  • “List unpaid invoices over ₹50,000.”
  • “Find duplicate contacts and summarise them.”

03Is it safe?

Claude signs in through OAuth, so it never sees your password. It gets exactly the access your SuperForge role allows, and only for workspaces you belong to.
