01How HubSpot pricing works

  • Hubs: Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Operations and Commerce are sold separately or as a bundle.
  • Tiers: Free, Starter, Professional and Enterprise, with big jumps between them.
  • Seats: paid features are priced per seat on many plans.
  • Onboarding: higher tiers have often carried a one-time onboarding fee.
  • Contacts: marketing plans can be priced by the number of marketing contacts.

For exact current prices in rupees, check hubspot.com/pricing; they change.

02Estimate your real cost

  1. List the Hubs you'll need in 12 months, not today.
  2. Multiply seats by the per-seat price for each Hub.
  3. Add onboarding and any contact-tier upgrades.
  4. Compare annual vs monthly billing.

03Cheaper alternatives

If you mainly need a CRM, helpdesk and invoicing, SuperForge is ₹580 per user per month billed yearly for all of it, free for up to 5 users. Zoho CRM and Freshsales are other popular options. See SuperForge vs HubSpot.
