01What Forge AI does

  • Record briefs: a one-paragraph summary of any contact, company or deal, with what happened last and what to do next.
  • Follow-up drafts: an email written from the deal timeline, in your tone, ready to edit and send.
  • Content and captions: blog posts, newsletters and Instagram or Facebook captions from a short brief.
  • Ad copy: Facebook and Instagram ad text drafted from your AI business profile.
  • Bill scanning: upload a supplier bill and Forge AI reads the vendor, GSTIN, lines and taxes into a draft vendor bill.
  • Visiting card scanning: photograph a card at an event and it becomes a lead with name, company, email and phone.
  • Ticket replies: a suggested reply to a support ticket, grounded in the conversation so far.

02Grounded in your data

Forge AI answers from your own CRM records, not from guesswork. It never invents prices, offers or dates; when a fact is missing it leaves a clear placeholder for you to fill in. Everything it writes is a draft that a person reviews before anything is sent.

03Works with Claude (MCP)

SuperForge also connects to Claude through the Model Context Protocol, so you can ask Claude about your pipeline, create deals or look up customers in plain English. Read more on the CRM for Claude page.

04A clear monthly allowance

Every plan includes Forge AI credits each month: 30 on Free and 500 per user on Pro. A quick action like a brief or email draft uses 1 credit. You can always see how many are left, credits reset monthly, and there are no per-token bills. Out of credits? Connect SuperForge to your own Claude and keep working there.

05Privacy

Your records are sent to the AI model only to complete the action you asked for, and only the records involved. They're not used to train models.

What is Forge AI?

Forge AI is the AI assistant built into SuperForge. It writes briefs, follow-ups, posts and ad copy, scans bills and visiting cards, and suggests ticket replies, all from your own CRM data.

Is Forge AI included in the free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 30 Forge AI credits a month. Pro includes 500 credits per user per month.

Does Forge AI send emails on its own?

No. Forge AI drafts; a person reviews and sends. Nothing goes to a customer without someone on your team approving it.

Can I use SuperForge with Claude?

Yes. SuperForge has an MCP server, so Claude can read and update your CRM when you ask it to.
